Rain. Confirmation. Graduation. Book Bonfire.

Lots going on this month for the Buran household! Here are a few pictures to catch everyone up with what's been happening. It's been raining for nearly 40 days (or so it seems). Enjoy!

School Bonfire. An end of year school tradition that was started during a power outage last year, the boys were bored. We decided to start a fire in our fireplace and burn all remaining school paperwork, workbooks and clear out the backpacks. So, here we are in 2009 and now we've moved outside to a firepit and once again, the papers and books are cleared out and the school year celebrated as final. Mason's Confirmation and Graduation It's been a busy Spring with Mason's graduation and confirmation. Mason has certainly grown into an outgoing, popular young man and we bid goodbye to St. Martin's School where we have spent 12 years. High school, here we come! Adam Adam played Rugby on the Good Counsel team and this was the first year for the rugby club. We added a third car to the family and mostly Adam gets to drive the new Hyundai Elantra.
